Mizoram is the most discipline state all over in India.. There's no road rage in Mizoram. You hit a car or scratch the car accidentally in a traffic then both the parties will park their vehicle on the side of the road (no traffic jam scenes) and they will have a gentleman talk and part away with mutual understanding. Sometimes for small issues like scratches, dent.. they just forgive you and let you go.. No screaming, no shouting, nno "Tu janta nahi mera baap kon hai", no " Bc", no "MC".. They don't even need a traffic cop to handle the situation, most of the small accidents are settled down by themselves..say sorry to one another, shake hands and go your own ways.

Come on guys look at the population and traffic in hyderabad. Its over 1 Crore where as in aizawl its very less not even 2 percent i guess...numbers speak guys. anyways northeast is so beautiful and well disciplined in many areas..yes we have to learn so much from them..
